Request for Proposals: Affordable House – Technical Assistance Program for San Francisco artists and arts workers

The San Francisco Arts Commission (SFAC) wishes to connect local artists and arts workers who may be struggling to maintain a foothold in the City amidst a housing shortage and escalating real estate prices with existing affordable housing opportunities.

The outcomes of this RFP are intended to provide support to those individuals who may be unaware of or have not accessed the services and programs that currently exist. Whether in current need of housing or planning for the future, this RFP seeks to support San Francisco-based artists and arts workers to understand and access the affordable housing pathway.

The selected nonprofit will partner with SFAC staff to assure outreach to the broadest possible range of San Francisco-based artists, teaching artists and arts workers and those that meet the affordable housing criteria.
