Civic Design Fees

In accordance with Administrative Code Section 3.19, a deposit in the amount of $2,500 is payable at the time an Applicant submits a request for Civic Design Review. Prior to Phase 3 approval, the Arts Commission will bill for the actual cost of review less the deposit amount. The average cost of three phases of review is $6,948. We encourage projects to pay anticipated fees at the time of the deposit.

Submit Electronically

In an effort to reduce waste, the Civic Design Review Committee is now accepting electronic submissions. Instead of sending six informational packets for each phase of review, please submit one hard copy packet and a pdf file.

Phase 1 and 2 Requirements

For Phase 1 and 2 reviews please provide a succinct description of the design concept for the overall project including the landscape design. In the Phase 2 review please provide a detailed landscape plan with a complete plant list.
