To enter the Poetry Projection Project contest:

1) First, upload your video to YouTube by Friday, March 1, 2013, 11 p.m. PST. You will need the URL of your video to complete the entry form below.

2)  Print, read, and sign the Release And Agreement (this link downloads a PDF). If you are part of a team, each Team Member must submit his or her own signed agreement form. By submitting your film, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by the terms of this agreement.
