Judy Moran, Project Manager, Public Art Program

Judy Moran has worked in the arts as a project manager, curator, teacher, consultant and artist for over 20 years. She has been Artist Residency Program Director at Villa Montalvo Center for the Arts in Saratoga, Executive Director of Public Art Works in San Rafael and Co-Director of New Langton Arts. In 1988-1989, Judy was Project Director of a research and planning phase for a national visual arts touring program for small visual arts organizations, administered by the National Association of Artists Organizations (NAAO), which resulted in a new national regranting program for visual arts organizations. Judy has taught at San Francisco State University, the San Francisco Art Institute, and at John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, CA.
