Evelyn Russell previously worked for the City and County of San Francisco's Records Management System. Her varied background includes serving as an On-Board Coordinator for United Airlines, Office Manager, Buyer/Expeditor for UC Berkeley and Journeyman Printer for major newspapers. Her entrepreneurial skills were utilized as an independent reporter/editor and desktop publisher. She holds an AA degree in Business Administration.
