Youth Empowerment Fund Advisory Board Assistant Coordinator: YEFAB seeks three part-time contractual staff to each work 10 hours per week.

Under the direction of the Youth Empowerment Fund Coordinator, the 3 Youth Empowerment Fund Advisory Board Assistant Coordinators are responsible for outreach, facilitation, training, and supervision of the Youth Advisory Board Advisory Board (YEFAB) comprised of 8 youth ages 14 to 17. The Youth Empowerment Fund (YEF)'s mission is to develop the capacity and leadership of young people to define their own programming, practice leadership, and bring about sustainable community change.  

Duties: 
The responsibilities of the YEFAB include reviewing grant proposals and deciding on how to fund youth-led projects; learning about and evaluating youth programs in San Francisco; and facilitating community meetings such as trainings, workshops, and focus groups.
