This interactive course is for managers, executives, and board members who are already comfortable with nonprofit strategic planning and want tools and frameworks for guiding their organizations to greater impact and financial health. Participants will assess their organization's strategic characteristics, identify three strategic questions facing their organization, learn tools to help them answer their strategic questions and understand their role as a leader in strategic thinking. Significant class time will be spent in guided peer discussion and problem-solving about actual strategic questions facing your organization.
