At the juncture of Cesar Chavez and Vermont Street adjacent to the Cesar Chavez Bicycle Overpass (on the east side of the freeway)
Fabricated from steel by the artist in his studio in the Bayview district with the assistance of Morgan Raimond, the sculpture, standing 10 feet high, depicts a majestic and mythic creature, which is part bird and part human. It is intended to honor the indigenous heritage of the people of this region.

Lobby environment consisting of three pieces: Akamba influenced inlay floor pattern featuring a 7-point star, bobo-inspired concrete circular bench, and wall sconces based on Masaai warrior shields.
