The SFAC’s Public Art Program is currently in the process of installing over 100 works of art at the newly-built Laguna Honda Hospital. More information about this project will be added to our website soon, but here is a look at the installation of a new sculpture by artist Po Shu Wang. The sculpture, which is covered for protection, is comprised of five interlocking arches, each carved out of a single redwood log using a particular technique that has its origins in many ancient cultures.
