San Francisco Arts Commission, is pleased to announce the completion of two ceramic tile murals by San Francisco artist Bean Finneran, now installed at Junipero Serra Playground in San Francisco
Two local artists feature the faces of Chinatown/North Beach community people in a new public art work, consisting of 11 ceramic steel portraits, on the exterior wall of a newly constructed North Beach Parking Garage.
“Wade in Water,” a 3700-square-foot ceramic tile work by San Francisco artist JoeSam., enlivens the interior surroundings of a new community swimming pool with large and colorful images of lobsters, dolphins, a seahorse and other creatures of the sea.
