The Art on Market Street Temporary Projects Program is planning to present one interdisciplinary project in 2009 and another interdisciplinary project in 2010, both by Bay Area artists. Since 1992, the Art on Market Street Temporary Projects Program has commissioned over 45 events, including:

Celebration at Lotta's Fountain, Epiphany Productions.

• A dance performance on the side of the Main Library by Project Bandaloop about the Peregrine Falcon
• A low-frequency radio broadcast and CD of interviews with retailers, residents and visitors on Market Street, which created a do-it-yourself walking tour from the Embarcadero to Castro Streets.
• A celebration of the Earthquake Centennial at Lotta’s Fountain with a multi-media theatrical performance by Epiphany Productions.
