Conceptual Presentations
The Arts Commission strongly encourage projects to present concepts and project goals to the Civic Design Review committee prior to Phase 1 review. This informational presentation has no fee to enable projects to recieve feedback as early as possible in the design process.

Civic Design Fees
In accordance with Administrative Code Section 3.19A, fees are payable prior to a project being scheduled for review. Each time a project is reviewed at a public meeting of the Civic Design Review Committee, the fee is $2,316. Projects with an outstanding balance will not be scheduled to recieve final Phase 3 approval.
