Congratulations on your grant! Now what?

Here you will find instructions for current grantees on how to acknowledge the Arts Commission, submit a Final Report, receive payments and report an extension or modification.

Our timeline is as follows:

  1. Grantee signs contract
  2. Grant is routed to the City Attorney for signature
  3. Grant is routed to Arts Commission's Director of Cultural Affairs for a signature
  4. Grantee is completely “vendorized” and all insurance forms have been submitted
  5. Grantee has filled out the demographic survey
  6. Grantee signs up for direct deposit if so desired
  7. Advance is released to grantee
  8. Arts Commission sends grantee electronic reporting packet
