MOCHA is committed to providing quality hands-on art experiences for children and their families. We strengthen our community by nurturing young people’s creativity, curiosity and educational success through hands-on arts programming in our museum, school and community sites. We emphasize outreach to economically at-risk communities. A pioneer in arts education, MOCHA provides training and tools for educators, parents and youth development professionals.

For over 30 years, Music in Schools Today (MUST) has provided a safety net for Bay Area music programs. MUST supports existing music programs and provides a program for at-risk children pre-K-12, as well as professional development to teachers and teaching artists. MUST programs offer the joy of music making, improving student achievement and putting them on track to succeed in school and in life. MUST artists teach choir to dance, guitar to piano, percussion to puppetry to over 28,000 students annually.

New Conservatory Theatre Center offers classes, camps and performance opportunities, which allow youth to flourish in a fun, creative and supportive atmosphere where each student is provided an opportunity to shine. Emphasis is placed on skill-building through theatre games and exercises, with culminating performances punctuating the end of each session.

ODC School is dedicated to inclusion and to promoting the artistic lifecycle of a dancer through creative and technical training that develops artistic capacity, enthusiasm, and engagement. The school offers classes for all ages and all levels, from absolute beginners to professionals. Classes are taught by an outstanding professional faculty representing more than 20 dance disciplines.

With once-per-week 90-minute sessions over 10 weeks of a school semester, Pacific Singers & Actors Workshop presents classes in foundational singing technique, acting and improvisation directly on school campuses. Pacific Singers & Actors Workshop introduces consistent use of tools and habits to allow students to develop and explore self-expression and creativity. Founding instructors Kristin Clayton, Nicolle Foland and Curt Branom have a collective 70 years experience as working performing artists.

In April 2015 The Paul Dresher Ensemble presents educational performances of the new musical Max Understood. This professionally acted musical invites audiences to experience the life of a boy with autism as he leaves his family's apartment and ventures out into the world on his own. Through spoken word, emotionally compelling music, and song, Max Understood will entertain young people 12 and up while fostering greater awareness and understanding of autism.

Peopleologie is about people, places, and things made by hand. Workshops designed as field trips offer slideshows, artifacts, and hands-on activities that promote cultural literacy, celebrate community, and build connections to the world through history, humanities, physical and social sciences, and traditional arts and crafts. Each "peopleologist" brings all the materials, knowledge, and know-how for sharing process- and success-oriented experimentation with time-honored techniques and tools.

Performing Arts Workshop is a nonprofit organization established in 1965 with a mission to help young people develop critical thinking, creative expression and essential learning skills through the arts.

An internationally applauded period instrument and vocal ensemble, PBO engages students through a suite of FREE educational programs that capture the style, spirit, and distinctive sounds of music from the early baroque through the present day: In-School Programs feature small ensembles that travel to schools, and the Mobile Mentors program provides coaches for school orchestras, bands, and choruses. Masterclasses, workshops, and a limited number of concert tickets are also available.

Poetry Inside Out fosters imagination and builds problem-solving, critical-thinking, and literacy skills through the translation and composition of poetry. PIO has transformed thousands of students’ lives since 2000 and has helped them become lifelong learners, thinkers, and writers. Working in small collaborative groups, students progress from learning literary translation skills to studying poetic structure, form, and figurative language; and by revising, editing, and performing original work.
