As an inner city, community-based mural arts organization, Precita Eyes Muralists Association seeks to enrich and beautify urban environments and educate communities locally and internationally about the process and the history of public community mural art.

Founded in 1993, QCC is a multiracial community-building organization that fosters the artistic, economic, and cultural development of San Francisco's LGBT community. We implement our mission by operating programs that commission and present Queer artists, that promote the development of culturally diverse Queer arts organizations, and that document significant Queer arts events taking place in San Francisco.

We offer art and science classes for all ages, and many classes connect the two disciplines. We also have hands-on studios: a woodshop, a ceramics studio, an art room, a theater, and a science studio. The focus of our classes is the direct exploration of many media with innovative, highly-trained instructors. We encourage experiential learning and aim to deepen participants' connection with the natural world. During school breaks, we offer highly interactive camps that cover many disciplines.

I have been teaching dance to toddlers-adults since 1993 throughout San Francisco. I bring multicultural dances from around the world into my classes and incorporate creative movement so that everyone can experience moving together and finding their own unique movement. I encourage people to work in partners and groups to create their own choreography. I work with teachers to connect our curriculum. I also have a Hip Hop/World dance group that performs in Carnaval and other community events.

Root Division is a visual arts nonprofit that connects creativity and community through a dynamic ecosystem of arts education, exhibitions, and studios. Our mission is to empower artists, promote community service, inspire youth, and enrich the Bay Area through engagement in the visual arts. Root Division recruits, trains, and places volunteer artists to teach in one of our nine afterschool partner programs, providing free art classes to over 800 underserved students in grades K-12 each year.

San Francisco Arts Institute (SFAI)'s noncredit evening and weekend courses span the breadth of contemporary art, from traditional techniques in drawing, painting, photography, film, printmaking, and sculpture to radical excursions in food, art, meditation, and mapping. PreCollege helps students get a jump on the college experience with a four-week intensive and transformative program in the arts. SFAI's Young Artists Program (ages 13-15) is perfect place for youth to get their hands dirty, learn creative techniques, and express themselves

Since its founding in 1968 by renowned artist Ruth Asawa, the San Francisco Arts Education Project (SFArtsED) has paired well-established artists with public school students in every corner of San Francisco, helping young people ignite personal confidence and growth, and leaving them with skills that captivate their imaginations over decades.

Over 25,000 people participate in our community programs annually, from school children, teachers, seniors, and Bay Area families to fellow artists, volunteers, hospitals, and the general public. Each year, San Francisco Ballet donates over 4,000 performance tickets to nonprofit organizations that serve many diverse Bay Area communities. We hope these programs provide introduction, enrichment, and opportunity for anyone to explore dance as a powerful and important cultural art form.

The mission of San Francisco Boys Chorus is to provide music education, vocal training, and performance experience at the highest artistic level to boys from all cultural, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. Our programs reflect an instructional approach designed to nurture self-esteem, leadership, independence, discipline, and responsibility, as well as a lifelong love of music. We believe the quality of life in our communities is enriched and strengthened by a love of music.
