Upcoming Grant Info Sessions

Join an upcoming information session to learn more about all of the SFAC’s 2025-2026 grants and get tips for a strong application! We are offering virtual, in person and hybrid sessions this year. 

All sessions are free and open to the public. 

See below and  check the SFAC Calendar page for the access information for each session.   All times listed are in Pacific Time.

Can't make it to an info session?  

Recordings of recorded information sessions and presentation slides will be available here approximately 5 to 7 business days following the event. 

Please note webinar recordings include two videos: the presentation video and a recording of the ASL interpreters. If needed, please email sfac.grants@sfgov.org to request a combined recording.

The virtual webinars will be held online via Zoom. You may join the meeting from a desktop computer, mobile device, or telephone. Learn about Zoom System Requirements in this the Zoom Support article.    

Program Officer Consultations  

Program Officers are available for application consultations. Each applicant is allowed one 15-minute meeting. Technical assistance, webinars, and grant portal support are offered via email. To schedule an application consultation please contact the Program Officers listed for the grant category to schedule.

Please check the dates during which Program Officer Consultations are available, in the Important Dates table of the grant category/ies you are interested, in SFAC's FY 2025-2026 Grant Guidelines.

SFAC is committed to providing information about the grants program. We have included a formal questions procedure for this year’s guidelines. Per SFAC's formal questions procedure,  You can review the current version of the Frequently Asked Questions pdf (as of September 16, 2025) here.

Please submit any additional questions in writing to sfac.grants@sfgov.org by October 9, 2025. All questions received by Thursday, October 9, 2025 will be answered and posted on SFAC's website by Friday, October 10, 2025. 

Duplicate questions will not be addressed in the updated (by October 10, 2025) Frequently Asked Questions pdf (link forthcoming). 

Any questions submitted to SFAC staff after October 9, 2025, will be responded to on an ongoing basis by SFAC staff.
